The mini-drama Won't Let You Go Again (错过十八岁, pinyin: cuoguo shiba sui), which is basically a publicity vehicle for Han Jiale and Jiang Shuting of the girl group SNH48, started airing today, with the release of the first two episodes. It can be viewed here via this playlist on the show's official Douyin channel. At the time of writing, it does not appear to be accessible via any other platform, nor do there appear to be English subtitles available. Further information is available via the show's official Weibo page.
The synopsis for the show is as follows: thirty-year-old Lin Huaide (played by Han Jiale) travels back in time to secondary school, and tries to save her then-best friend Ji Nian (played by Jiang Shuting) from committing suicide. In the process, she ends up changing their lives and those of their classmates. While this obviously cannot be explicitly marketed as a GL, it has been promoted as a 'double female lead' mini-drama, and given, well, SNH48's entire vibe (as evidenced in videos such as this and this, not to mention their live shows), it seems reasonable to expect a certain degree of queer coding.
According to the official release schedule (posted here on Weibo), the mini-drama consists of 24 episodes in total and will air across the rest of September, with the final episode being released on 30 September.
