Well, as I said in this review, my feelings about Reading the Remnants are mixed at best. That novel frustrates me in a similar way to Waiting for You, in that the author tends to lean away from the source of dramatic and emotional tension rather than into it. Also, to me, she committed the unforgivable crime of Wrong Ship, so I don't think I'm in a hurry to read anything else by her. Also just FYI, the extant translations of Pat Me Please and Night Tide are MTL (by ChatGPT, in fact). You may not mind but I thought you should know.
