Hello and welcome to the comm! Good to see you again :) Let me know if you'd like some recs because I can think of a few titles that might fit most of those criteria.

I always plan to post more translation stuff, but am constantly derailed by the unceasing flow of linear time.

If you ever need a confidence boost re your translation abilities, well... I've personally found that a quick skim through some of the officially published c-novel translations does wonders for mine ;)

So The Collapsing Palace (宫倾) by Ming Ye (明也) on JJWXC has a complicated er mother-in-law/daughter-in-law relationship (though the plotting isn't particularly sophisticated) and MAJOR betrayal; Climbing High (登高) by Po Po Po (破破破) on PO18 has an involved political plot, complex female characters, let's just say potential for betrayal, and a lot of explicit sex scenes (given the platform); both The Creator's Grace (造物的恩宠) and Ravenous (护食) by Ning Yuan on JJWXC have decent plotting, great characters, some elements of betrayal (not necessarily between the leads), and exhaustion/endurance themes.

There's also Misterande (mostly on Myrics) who writes dark thriller stuff (if that's your jam), and Hua Qiong Ran has written some 强制爱 (as far as I can tell, basically, lock up and torture your gf until she falls in love with you).
